We are thrilled to announce the successful execution of our first fully electronic loan ETF creation, which we also believe to be a first for the market. Utilizing our EPIC software for the dealer and our EPIC Mirror software for the manager, we facilitated the simultaneous negotiation and execution of the trade priced automatically at the mid price provided by our partner S&P Global Market Intelligence. Our new portfolio trading protocol also allows for negotiated prices, both individually and in the aggregate, for traditional portfolio trades. This is an important milestone in our development and we would like to thank all of our clients and partners who have supported us to this point.
